I don't usually go to the Nadagiku booth, but there was a sake I was interested in, so I went there.
MISA Shiboritate Nama-no-Hara Sake
This sake is made from Yamada-Nishiki and limited to 198 bottles.
It feels refreshing but sweet.
Special Junmai Hatsu Shiboritate
The label said it was an unfiltered, unfiltered, unadulterated sake.
I was curious about this sake because I heard it was Aizan this year.
Slightly effervescent and deliciously juicy 😋.
I haven't bought Nada Kiku in a very long time 😍.
