The nigori is very fine and silky!
The best part is that a bottle of this sake costs around 2,000 yen!
Junmai Ginjyo Hatsuho Shizuku Nama-no-Genshu
The rice is Takananishiki.
According to the official website, it has a Sake meter of -7 and an acidity of 1.6.
I wonder if this is a different product from the sake I bought at last year's traveling SAKE event, since only the Takananishiki label is different. The sake level is also totally different.
It's sweet and fruity, but a bit light?
I thought I could buy the raw sake, but decided against it because I thought it was not decisive enough...
