I recently bought a tall 🥳 bottle of the beautiful tasake that everyone at Sake no Wa has been posting about.
It's a thin light blue🩵 bottle that looks like a bottle of Ramune😄.
I kept it in the fridge for about a week and the oli settled to the bottom of the bottle. When I turned the jar upside down, a fuzzy mass came down: ☁️
It looks like there is a laputa in the center 🏰.
It's sake 🍶.
In the mouth, it is soft, calm and sweet😊.
Plenty of rice and plenty of flavor 🌾.
Feels tangy on the tongue, which is typical for a raw sake 🤔.
As you drink it, the hidden acidity makes it sweet like a ramune 🥤.
There was a cohesiveness of sweetness and umami until the end 🤗.
