Shinsei Nirvana Turtle
This is a sake from the rarely seen Shinsei Shuzo brewery.
I had drunk Yonotori and Flax Cat before, but Nirvana Tortoise was new to me.
I had no idea how to read it, so I had to look it up, reading it as "Nehangame? so I was able to order "Nirvangame" easily.
The victory of experience.
When I drank it, it was fruity, fruity and very tasty as I expected.

I had a little drinking ticket to order a cup of Mimuro Sugi, which was fruity, fluffy, sweet and delicious!
