Peach + Shikwasa-like aroma, gentle acidity and juicy sweetness.
The aftertaste is moderately tight and very well balanced with a hint of alcohol.
There are not many Yamagata Masamune brands under 3,000 yen, and I have never had a chance to buy one, but I would like to try some of their other sakes.

I can't quite put my finger on what it was, but it was a complex flavor.

This series is expensive and usually hard to afford.
It has a full-bodied sweetness, followed by sourness and a hint of bitterness.
The 13% alcohol content is not at all stimulating, and combined with the acidity, it tastes like a honey lemon.
I would like it to be a little less sweet, but I think that would make the acidity stand out too much.
I think this is the best balance.
