Nishiyama last. I was thinking of leaving before drinking this, but then this sake came out and I had to drink it because I had never seen it before👍. My impression was... it had a strong astringency 😅. I didn't feel any harshness, but I don't think it's a sake to be drunk cold. It was a sake that made me want to experiment with different temperatures. If I can buy it, I'd like to try it at home 😁.

Third drink at Nishiyama Tanaka Rokugo, which I stopped buying because I felt it was too light when I drank it at home before. Today, I can feel the robust flavor 🥰. The impression changes depending on the environment in which you drink it, but the beautiful quality of the sake remains the same. It went well with 🍢😊.

The first game of the Kumamoto Boulders, a professional basketball league, was a winner 🎉🎉. I drink when I'm excited 😁. The second drink was "Kafuda no Beni Kikyo I was expecting it to be sweet! As expected 🥰. Beautifully sweet and swishy 😁. Two cups didn't take me 20 minutes 😅.

Today I watched my first game of the Kumamoto Boulders, a professional basketball🏀 league! I was licking my chops since it was B2, but... it was fun 🏀🥳. I think I'm going to get into it a little bit. I watched the game while drinking 🍺, I was so excited that I went home after drinking 🤣. Is it because of Halloween🎃? The restaurant was so crowded that I finally entered the fourth one😅. I had a mouth opening. My impression was that it was hard😅. But it was good when it was warmed up. It went well with the potato salad 🥰.

After-party at Nishiyama. Next up was Yamamoto's Dokidoki💗. I hadn't had Yamamoto recently, so I asked for it. This one is sweet and sour 🥰. With Yamamoto from Hidakami, the taste changes a lot, so it's easy to understand even for beginners. Two students were also surprised at how different the taste was 😁. My uncle gave a light lecture on sake, We ordered some more Tobiroki (forgot to take a picture 😅) and enjoyed drinking it while explaining that there is also a rich dry sake. I hope he came to like sake 😁.

Hi tomo ☀☀☀☀. You lectured me a lot of delicious drinks 😆👍I would follow along if I were your student 😁🎶.

Hi Pon 😃 The shochu lovers enjoyed the dry sake and the beer drinkers enjoyed the variety 😁. However, they were more interested in oden than sake 😅.

Student consolation party. The location was moved to "Nishiyama" for the after-party. The first course was "Hidakami" for the students who like dry taste. This one is as sharp as the label says! We had it sipping while eating oden🍢. Of course, the students were very satisfied.

Hmmm? Thank you so much for all the 👍😇 Hmmm... I see that tomo-san is a so-called "oyakata" or "master" of the students 😇. Thank you very much for your dark role in sake promotion activities ✌.

Good evening, sake-run🌒. I'm not your oyakata... but I'm an activist to spread the taste of sake to young people 😁. I also say I'm just a sake drinker who likes sake😅.

Here's what I had to drink to finish. Junmai Ginjo Namaizu of Houou Mita. The taste was refreshing, but the umami was well expressed and delicious 🥰. I gave it to my junior who loves dry sake, but I wanted to drink it myself and drank it too 😋. It's Monday and I was going to drink it lightly, but it ended up not being light at all😅.

It's something like 400 check-ins. I was just curious, so I asked for it now. Stable Special Junmai 🥰. I have nothing more to say about it 😍. The story behind the 400 check-in. I really thought this was the one 👍 when I found the Sanzu no Hozu at the first house. But I couldn't get a picture of the bottle even though I ordered sake, so I gave up trying to record it... 🤣. However, a friend of mine works at the first store, and he brought me a bottle of Homasu before I ordered it 🥰, saying "You haven't had this yet😏🥰 and it was served to you 👍! It was sweet and tasty 😁.

I had a lot of outside drinking at the end of March and in April, but I haven't been able to record it properly😅. Today, too, the first house was pouring and serving, so no record 😂. Record of the second house. The junior who went with me had never had a drink before, so we had a kid drink 😁. Definitely delicious 😋. I was drinking it while thinking, "I don't often choose this when I go out for drinks. I'm glad my juniors liked it too 😁.
