ないるIt's been a while since I've purchased alcohol in a store, as I've been following the online purchased event sets for a while.
Even without tasting it, you can't go wrong with this Tasake.
It's a pure rice sake, but it has a sweet fruity aroma, so I used a ginjo glass.
For the snacks, we had toro shime mackerel, which is a standard accompaniment to Aomori's sake, and grilled longtooth mushrooms with Jingisukan sauce.
The sake tastes best on its own, so I think it would be better to pair it with something lighter such as scallops. ぐりんず

I'm trying various kinds of sake, but...
When I'm troubled, I'll buy a musical instrument. ないるIt's been a while since I had a bottle of Mimurosugi, so I had to choose between Dewha Kaze and Natsu Jun. I thought I'd wait until it got a little hotter for the summer sake, so I chose the new Dewha Kaze.
It has a mild sourness and sweetness typical of Mimurosugi, and is very easy to drink as it is undiluted sake with 13% alcohol.
It goes well with shime mackerel, and the sourness and fat of the mackerel enhances the sweetness and umami of the sake. It is not good with Squid Menchi because the bitterness of the sake is emphasized. ないる100 check-in is a limited edition sake from Sapporo, Japan.
Made from 100% Ginpu, Shin Totsukawa, Hokkaido
It is a local production for local consumption, and a sea urchin bowl, an asparagus, and pickled wasabi soy sauce.
The taste of the flavor, sourness, and sweetness that does not lose to a rich sea urchin is firm.

I got a great deal on saltwater sea urchin at the Father's Day Fair, so I was excited to try it.
Hokkaido sake goes well with seafood. いずみーJunmai-shu made from "Mashigura" rice grown in Aomori.
The refreshing acidity is super delicious ^_^!

It was delicious. ないるThe cherry blossoms in Sapporo were in full bloom, so we opened the bottle in anticipation.
It has a sour-sweet taste like a fruit wine.
pickled herring roe with wasabi + chilled tofu, onion salad いずみーIt has a very good balance of aroma, sweetness and sourness ^_^.
