This is so delicious 😋.
The seme aroma is impressive, but the taste is refreshing. However, the complex flavor, with umami at the top, is very satisfying both as a mealtime sake and on its own. It is a pity that it is rare and hard to find.
By the way, the restaurant is excellent.
The sake is reasonably priced and delicious, and they have a maniacal selection of sake. I think I will be going back for this one 😊.
