I got Tasake, Yamamoto, Koshi and Hakkaisan.
They were having a sake tasting contest with 3 different types of Aizan 😊.
The contest was to guess the Jikin, Hanayuup, and Masumi from the three MIYASAKA 👍.

It was the perfect drink for the hot summer. JohnMy favorite Akabu. It is sweet and juicy, but easy to drink. Truly delicious. JohnFruity aroma and sweetness. After a little time, it became more mellow. JohnAkabu is a recent favorite of mine. It has a gentle but firm flavor and sweetness, and I drank it with gusto. JohnIt is a refreshing and easy-to-drink summer sake with a juicy flavor that is surprisingly smooth and refreshing! JohnThe aroma is calm and fruity, with a hint of sweetness and bitterness. Thin melon smell on the palate 🍈Mild but dry. It is mild but dry. It has little habit and is easy to match with meals. When I drink Niigata's Honjozo, I really feel the goodness of Aruzoe. ☺️

I got this sake in Urawa that I really liked after drinking it in Niigata 😆 Mellow and mild ☺️. Creamy. I can drink as much as I want. I think it's the best daily sake at the moment. It goes well with sea bass, bonito sashimi, shrimp garlic shrimp, mushroom myoga and 😋 everything.
Buy at Matsuzaki Urawa PARCO @ Urawa, drink at home 20230429 JohnThis is the first Nabeshima! The bottle was opened with a pop. It had just the right amount of gas, sweetness, and a slight bitterness. It tasted as good as rumored! JohnIt has a sweetness reminiscent of melon juice, but with a strong rice flavor. Yet it has a clean aftertaste. Very tasty! KumakichiAnother repeat, get W (double) from Watanabe Sake Brewery.
This time it will be Senbon-Nishiki, and despite its Junmai-Daiginjo specs, it's a reasonable price of 1,500 yen without tax!
The taste is also my favorite, with a gorgeous pineapple aroma and a rich sweet flavor!
The alcohol content is 17%, so it has a strong drinkability, and even if you keep sipping it little by little, you'll be happy to know that you haven't even drank half of it yet!
It was a bottle I want to drink again!

Nitoshi Junmai Daiginjo Bizen Omachi 48 Hi-ire
This is a Junmai Daiginjo with a 333rd anniversary label.
So when I saw it was on sale, I immediately decided to buy it!
The top aroma was slightly green apple-like, not too sweet, not too light, it was a well-balanced bottle!
I heard that if you let it sit for a while, you can enjoy the change in flavor, so I hope to enjoy this one as well!

I've been addicted to the taste of Nitoshi's sparring draft since a recommendation from the liquor store, and this one was so good that it was hard to open the bottle!
I tried to open the bottle after struggling for about 5 minutes, and I wanted to drink it from the supernatant, but when I opened the bottle while suppressing the blowout, the oli naturally got mixed in...,
I took a sip and found that it had a milky aroma of rice, but was not too sweet. The bitter aftertaste from the umami was enjoyable!
