Continuing with Kaze no Mori, we chose a sake with a fresh aroma and flavor.
Fresh aroma like apple.
It has a clear mouthfeel and a calm taste. The aftertaste is long. The sweet flavor is impressive.

It has a rich aroma with a slight sweetness.
First at room temperature, although nigori sake, it was not that sloppy and did not have much of a sake alcohol feel.

Yakiago Dashi Nabe いーじーWhen it comes to Yamaguchi sake, Ottersai comes first, then Toyo Bijin, and if you like sake, then Ki, Ganki, and Gohashi are the most popular sake brands.
However, it seems that the much talked about Yamaguchi sake, Tenbi and Ohmine, have risen to the top of the list.
I happened to find Ohmine's sake cup with a simple jacket at a sake store and bought it.
The aroma is very warm, earthy(?).
At first, there is a slight sweetness like muscat, but as you swallow, the umami of Yamada-Nishiki comes right away.
The aftertaste is slightly lingering on the palate, like after eating grapes.
