It went well with daikon radish and satsuma-age oden. 20230113 was served sealed. Soft, slightly dry, acidic, and sharp sake with a fruity aroma on the palate. Specified name, ALC undisclosed Ingredient rice 75% Domaine Sakura Yamadanishiki Domaine Sakura Kame-no-o 25 Polishing ratio 90 A get-together was held tonight. It was held after a beautiful sunset view of Mt. Since it is not included in the all-you-can-drink policy, we had a small amount of each with a small amount of Yuki no Bijin, which is also not included in the all-you-can-drink policy. Special Junmai Sake 100% Yamadanishiki ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Polishing ratio koji rice 70% kake rice 60% yeast Kyokai No.6 Seto Sake Brewery Kaisei-cho, Ashigara-gun, Kanagawa Prefecture Slightly sweet, with a rich aroma of rice (koji) and a sticky taste in the mouth. The other day, a cooking class teacher whom we met at the restaurant introduced the brewery to us and visited the brewery, and left the sake at the restaurant as a gift to thank us for the introduction. Junmai Ginjo Natsumode Sake ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100% Sasanishiki from Miyagi Prefecture, 55% polished rice ratio, 15% ALC Natsumode" is a sake brewed on the day of the brewery's shipment, after the brewery and sales staff undergo a ritual such as Natsukoshi no Taisho (summer purification) and Kayanokuguri (thatched-rope ceremony) at the brewery's local shrine. It is light, dry, crisp, and delicious. I was shocked by the mellow, fruity, and crisp taste of the Koshi Hoshiai I had tonight, so I gave it three stars for comparative evaluation. Too bad 🫤. I will go to the store again next week and try to change the drinking order this time, but they said they only stocked two bottles...so it may not be possible (^◇^;)💦. Chigasaki Enya: 20220721 alone

Kinoene Hoshiai Koshi Natsumode-shu Junmai Ginjo-shu ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Polishing ratio 58%, ALC 16%. It is a delicious sake, mellow, fruity, yet crisp and pleasant to drink. Natsumode means that on the day of the brewery's shipment, the brewery and sales staff undergo a Shinto ritual at the brewery's local shrine, including a summer purification ceremony and a thatched-rope ceremony, before shipping the sake. Hoshiai is said to be the brand name that signifies the reunion of Kengyu and Orihime on Tanabata. Chigasaki Enya: 20220721
