I had a feeling that there might be a sake in this month's Sake of the Month sent by Enya, which I had not visited since the New Year, so I stopped by.
I was right on target and was able to find a new brand of [A-Sakura].
It was a pleasantly smooth sake with a unique stimulation on the tongue.

Slightly dry, with a slight sourness and bitterness, this sake has a light, refreshing taste with a half-nama-zake-like shwashiness of hiyaoroshi.

Tonight, after watching the Chigasaki Southern Art Fireworks 2023 from 6:30 p.m., we went to dinner at Enya, which we had reserved.
The proprietress of the restaurant had also gone to see the fireworks, so the restaurant opened after 8:30 p.m. I arrived at 8:50 p.m. and found that the restaurant was closed.
We arrived at 20:50 and enjoyed dinner and drinks.
It has a ginjo aroma and a slightly sweet taste, but it is crisp and refreshing 🤗.

Low alcohol content makes it perfect for summer sake 😄.
There were 5 of us tonight, but Enya is a full restaurant with 8 people, so they chartered the whole place for us 🤗🙏🙏.
The proprietress made this dish to match the sake-loving members of the group, so it went well with all the sake and was delicious 😋.
For the closing sake, we had [Nabeshima Junmai Ginjo-shu Kitashizuku
Kitashizuku 100%, Polishing ratio 50%, ALC 16%] for the closing sake, but I have already checked it in, so I omitted it from this post.
I was able to try five new types of sake, and had a great time enjoying good conversation with fellow sake lovers and tasting delicious food.

It is a sweet sake of special junmai, but it reminds us of junmai ginjo and junmai daiginjo.

This is the fifth type of sake purchased on a trip to Shikoku, and the fifth to be opened.
The brewery is located in Nikiatsu, Dogo Onsen. I was allowed to taste this sake at the Mizuguchi Shuzo brewery department and decided to purchase it 🤗.
Tonight I opened it at a get-together at Chigasaki Enya and served it to my usual sake-loving friends: ✌️☺️
Slightly dry, easy to drink and refreshing. You can also smell the yeast 😃.

It looks very cloudy and dobrok-like 💦.
I enjoy the tingling sensation of the raw sake on my tongue 😀.
Roll it around in your mouth and once the tingling sensation is gone, it transforms into a slightly dry and refreshing sake 🥰.

On 4/14, before I went home, I received information about this month's dishes and newly-acquired sakes from my familiar "Enya" 😊.
There were about 5 brands I might encounter for the first time, so I stopped by 😅.
The proprietress said that this week she prepared a local Nagano sake... 🫠.
First time tasting Kuroyoh, it was a refreshing, slightly dry and delicious sake 😋.
Chigasaki Enya: 20230414 ましらのやまさんSpecial Junmai sake, unfiltered, 100% Wakamizu

The second type was met today, 5/15/2019, but was newly registered and checked in because this time it was 15 degrees ALC as opposed to ALC 16-17.
I don't know why...it has a little bit of a raw sake-like shwashiness.
I think it is a slightly dry sake with a hint of aroma and umami, but with a sharp edge.
We served it with shredded onion and sakura shrimps.
We can enjoy this delicious sake because we are healthy.
Tonight in particular, I am grateful for the sake.
The third kind is [Hishiko Junmai Daiginjo-shu Orikagarumi
100% Yamashu, rice polishing ratio 45%, ALC 16%]. However, we did not check in again since we had met it at Enya on 10/7/2021.
We had it with thick fried bean curd and chives with bonito sauce as a side dish.

Today I had a stomach endoscopy and a colonoscopy, so I finished a light, alcohol-free dinner at 9pm last night, fasted in the morning, and took some test drugs for the afternoon exam. I was not happy with the results 🙁 .
The test results showed no findings that required polyp removal procedures or additional tests 😂, and after the test, I held a petit consolation party by myself early. ✌️
I'm having tonight's snacks, yam and Japanese butterfish appetizers, hinamatsuri (sushi with chirashi) and yarikai (boiled squid)...etc.... We are having a little bit at a time.
This Bunraku soaks into all five organs.
I'm sure the other sakes will also soak into your guts!

The aroma is subtly fragrant, and the mouthfeel is slightly sweet, with a slight whiff of nama-shu.
