It is a delicious sake, mellow, fruity, yet crisp and pleasant to drink.
Natsumode means that on the day of the brewery's shipment, the brewery and sales staff undergo a Shinto ritual at the brewery's local shrine, including a summer purification ceremony and a thatched-rope ceremony, before shipping the sake.
Hoshiai is said to be the brand name that signifies the reunion of Kengyu and Orihime on Tanabata.
