I was unable to purchase sake on my trip to Yamagata, so I bought some at a local sake store after returning home.
It tastes like a muscat, which is what Yamagata is all about.
It was the type of sake that is sweet and delicious, but not heavy, with a refreshing aftertaste.
I would like to buy it again.
