sauce Deep-fried Kasupe (Eifin) I personally like the slightly dry taste and the unique taste of sake. Deep-fried Eihirin is also lightly tender and has a nice crunchy texture that comes afterwards.

after Baked Spring Rolls with Chicken Thighs and Mascarpone Cheese It's easy to drink and the mouthfeel (aftertaste) is unique and probably close to my taste. A good sake. The cheese spring roll also has a rich taste and the sour sauce is a good match.

sauce fried green soybean The aftertaste is refreshing in addition to the gorgeousness typical of rice wine. It is the best Junmai Daiginjo. Chameame is a standard of summer though it is almost eaten. It goes well with both beer and sake.
