yummy! Great aroma in the china. Sweet green apple. Very juicy and fruity when served. Is it really sake? Fuji and tin in that order, the acidity gets sharper and the aroma in the nose gets thicker. All are delicious! Something about this year's Akatombo is so hit and miss in my opinion. ❣️

Ummm..! Grapey sweetness. Not too thin but not too thick. More grape water than grape juice. Can you tell...? With the tin, the tingling on the tongue comes too, and the sweetness spreads out in a jiffy. The fruit-like aroma on the nose is also delicious.

Delicious! Autumn is here! Gentle aroma and sweetness followed by bitterness. I can't get enough of it! with my favorite rice with salted salmon roe!
