Secret Sake Club 🍶3rd Brand A member bought this at a liquor store in Yokohama. He said he bought it because he remembered what I said "Nagano's sake is very high quality". I'm so happy 😃. I don't see this brand in Japan. Even the person who bought it was surprised 😃‼️ This is a winner. It has a good balance of sweetness, umami, and acidity.

I wanted everyone to drink it, so I brought another bottle. Junmai Daiginjo made in wooden vats. A higher grade of Wakakoma. The blue label was good, but we couldn't get it... The rice used for the white label is "Tochigi no Hoshi". I was a little apprehensive because I had never had it before, but... It smelled of wooden vat and had acidity. It changed as the temperature went up and was well received.

Top Batter: 40% polished in Huayangyu! January 23, 2011 Today is the 6th meeting of the Secret Sake Club and my farewell party ❗️ The members held it for me on short notice... Thank you (^^) I brought Hana-yang which was forbidden at the meeting. Forgive me this time... The Secret Sake Society was established in 19 years. We started with Shichiken at first. The last one was Hana-yoso. We used to hold these meetings casually, but they will become less frequent in the future... I was deeply impressed with the food. Well, I'll have it. Well, it's a hana-hyo-soo 🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍. Strong sweetness, a little bit of alcohol, and more flavorful than the hana-yosu I've had so far (^^) It was an exceptional farewell party.

Now that Shichiken has been uploaded, we will continue with the secret sake party. Some of the participants are members of the Shinsei Hanpukai. So the percentage of Shinsei is high. It seems like the recent meetings are all about Shinsei... I am not interested in Shinsei and rarely drink it. I don't know how this "Kai" is different. It has a wine-like acidity unique to white malted rice. Oh, it is Shinsei, isn't it? Other than me, other two people were talking about the difference between Flax cat, Spark, and Kai... Secret Sake Club, the second brand Alcohol 18%, Sake degree +8, Acidity 1.9. It is rarely seen here, so we kept it in stock for this day. I stocked up for this day. It was a little matured because it was made in the 21st year. Junmai sake has a little bit of a habit. (Junmai sake is a little bit peculiar (even though the Jungin sake we had before was delicious). The owner of the sake shop said it was also good heated, so we brought in a bottle of Nobey Yokocho and tried it heated. So I brought in a bottle of sake from Nonbei Yokocho and tried heating it up. But... it had a strong scent. It was my father's sake of a long time ago. When I shared it with the owner of Sushitatsu, he praised it highly among the three brands. I forgot to take a picture, so here is an excerpt from the collection Tonight's dish was fugu (blowfish) 🐡. We finished with rice gruel. I am reaching with this post.

The 5th Secret Sake Party 🍶. The repertoire this time is this group I brought both sides Kamerei Red Label A locally brewed limited-edition sake I bought this when I visited Okazaki-san in September. I found out later that the woman who served me was... She was Mr. Miyazato Okazaki, the 12th generation of the Okazaki Sake Brewery. The 12th generation of Okazaki brewery's toji-san‼️. I thought she was beautiful and talked to her. She told me the specs of the red label. Actually, the rest of each tank is mixed and aluzo-sweetened to and adjusting the taste. So there is Miyamanishiki and Hitogokochi in it, she said. He said that just because it is cheap doesn't mean it is strange. The explanation is long, but the taste is.... But the taste is... There is not much of a ginjo aroma, and there is a distant aluzoe. In the mouth, you can feel the sweetness, then the alcohol, then a little tangy on the tongue, and then the complex flavor. The aroma is a little bit like Hitogokochi? Is it Miyamanishiki? It is well harmonized with alcohol. This is a good buy at 1,100 yen! It seems to be a mixture of various kinds of sake, so the taste may differ depending on when you buy it. I guess it tastes different depending on when you buy it. I envy the locals.

Sacramentum (3rd zodiacal sign) Guess it blind on the bottle of BLACK rich blend... What is it? Slight ginjo aroma. Not too fruity... Almost no acidity, zero bitterness. The umami of the rice comes through slowly. You can tell that this sake is carefully brewed. Hmm? Is it Jikin? It's similar to Tsushimaya, which I'm drinking at home right now... Even if I don't know the brand name, it is the winner of this year's secret sake competition 🏆. The answer is... We were asked to pack and bring a sealed bottle of Jyushiyo. (^^) (I had an image of Aizan as sweet, but this was delicious...) I thought he would not bring anything strange since he is a sake lover... I didn't think they would come with this. It's foul. At first, didn't we say that we would break up the party if they brought Hahoyo or Jyushiyo? Well, I also blindly brought HANA-YO-YOUKAKU... Come to think of it, I drank a lot of Jyushidai in Honmaru, but I can't count the others. What's that, 3.5 hours. 4 gou per person plus 🍺. Secret Sake Party 2nd Sake Sogapale from Obuse Winery! I only know of one place that carries it. I have never seen it. I failed to buy it again this year... I didn't expect to be able to drink it here...(^^) I heard that they kept the cork stopper until everyone drank it. I'm glad they had a wine opener even though it's a sushi restaurant. When I hear "No. 6 yeast", I get nervous... However, it is not too acidic and easy to drink. It's refreshing. Reading the label on the back, you can tell that it was brewed with a lot of care. You can feel the gratitude of the brewers. After Shozora and BLACKrich blend, the impact was weak, which is my honest impression.

The 4th Secret Sake Party was held... I'm Shozora from LAGOON BREWERY One is Sogapale The other one is⁉️ BLACK rich blend⁉️ What🤯 Sake party, right? Oh, you mean guess what's in the sake. I also brought in a match of HANAHEIKU and let them drink it blind...but no one could tell it was HANAHEIKU. The match this time had a weak tachibana because it was the 6th day since the bottle was opened, so I guess it was hard to tell. Some people said it was similar to Kuheiji Oorigarami. This Shozora is the second brewing and is made from edible Sasanishiki. It is a very strong sake right after opening the bottle, and the mouthfeel is creamy because it is cloudy. The mouthfeel is creamy and cloudy, so you can enjoy it easily. It is dry with a moderate sweetness. After 2 hours of drinking, the fermentation process had progressed and the sake was in a sludgy state. It was in a sludgy state. There was rice left in the bottle, and it was porridge.

This is also private lab's Yono Tori 2018 thing! It seems to have been aged for a long time. The secret sake party, the third sake was this one. There were two Shinsei sake. As for the kijoshu, I've drunk monsoon of Shiki, but it's not so sweet. This one is good! I like it much more than the Shiki. Each person is allowed to bring in one bottle, so the quota is 4 cups per person (plus beer 🍺). It's pretty hard...

Nirvana turtle from private lab You can buy it at the liquor store this year because of Corona. It's really for restaurants. The second sake of this secret sake meeting is this Nirvana Kame. I don't like Shinsabi very much, but... I'll drink it now that it's out. It's still the same Shinsei! It's a white koji! Wine taste~ So it's brewed in a wooden vat with low rice milling! It seems that Shinsei-san is tending to increase the number of wooden vats. It's good if you drink it alone, but if you compare it... Well, that's just an amateur's comment... The best sashimi I've ever had!

Gathering of sake lovers who transcend the boundaries of work The 3rd meeting of "Secret sake meeting December 21, 2012❗️At Koriyama Sushi Tatsu. The sake which I bring is Tenmei no Jun-go Hiiri. The rule of the meeting is "Limited to sake under 2,000 yen"... I didn't buy it by myself (it was given to me) (I bought a good amount of sake for the people who gave it to me.) but just barely safe in the constitution ( ̄∇ ̄). One of the members said "I have not drunk it yet", so we treated it as a special case. I had aged it for a year in the cellar for this occasion. Our rival this time is Shinsei Ni-Sake! It's rare sake! But Jun-go is more mellow, full-bodied and delicious😋. Because Akebono-san said that they are selling it for about 5,000 yen at a loss.

第二回秘酒会、A氏持ち込み 山和酒造と新澤醸造(泊楽星の)が醸した限定酒。 限定醸造第二章との事   こちらもファーストコンタクトは柔らかめ 泊楽星の食中酒を踏襲してますね。 飲み過ぎたからあまり覚えてない...(*゚▽゚*)

第二回秘酒会、T氏持ち込み あきたこまち100%の新年純米しぼりたて〜 新政はあまり飲まないのですが... 準備していただいたモノはいただきます。 ファーストコンタクトは柔らかく、酸味も それほどではなく。 食中酒として飲めますね。 No.6とはだいぶ違いました。
