It is rarely seen here, so we kept it in stock for this day.
I stocked up for this day.
It was a little matured because it was made in the 21st year.
Junmai sake has a little bit of a habit.
(Junmai sake is a little bit peculiar (even though the Jungin sake we had before was delicious).
The owner of the sake shop said it was also good heated, so we brought in a bottle of Nobey Yokocho and tried it heated.
So I brought in a bottle of sake from Nonbei Yokocho and tried heating it up.
But... it had a strong scent.
It was my father's sake of a long time ago.
When I shared it with the owner of Sushitatsu, he praised it highly among the three brands.
