A higher grade of Wakakoma.
The blue label was good, but we couldn't get it...
The rice used for the white label is "Tochigi no Hoshi".
I was a little apprehensive because I had never had it before, but...
It smelled of wooden vat and had acidity.
It changed as the temperature went up and was well received.
