The 3rd meeting of "Secret sake meeting
December 21, 2012❗️At Koriyama Sushi Tatsu.
The sake which I bring is Tenmei no Jun-go Hiiri.
The rule of the meeting is "Limited to sake under 2,000 yen"...
I didn't buy it by myself (it was given to me)
(I bought a good amount of sake for the people who gave it to me.) but just barely safe in the constitution (￣∇￣).
One of the members said "I have not drunk it yet", so we treated it as a special case.
I had aged it for a year in the cellar for this occasion.
Our rival this time is Shinsei Ni-Sake!
It's rare sake!
But Jun-go is more mellow, full-bodied and delicious😋.
Because Akebono-san said that they are selling it for about 5,000 yen at a loss.
