This was the first time I drank a lightly cloudy sake.

Freshly pressed unpasteurized sake, Tosa Urara, and the aroma of banana and melon aroma woven together by AA41 yeast is wonderful💓.

Kochi yeast AA41
AA41 and Kazenaruko have a subtle banana aroma 💓.
Kameizumi is famous for Kochi yeast CEL24.
The sake here is sparkling, hearty and fun 🍶✨. KanoGo-around, the third restaurant.
This sake goes well with meat.
It is especially good with stewed beef tendon. Minamiひやおろし 特別純米 出羽燦々特別純米ひやおろし KanoGo-around, 3rd house.
