I have a weakness for "limited edition" sake, so I chose this one without any hesitation 😅.
I wonder if it's an orikarami or a cloudy sake😅It's a cloudy white sake, but it's light and you can feel the deliciousness of rice 😋.

The second comparison of three kinds of sake: Makiki, Chivalrous, and Kurogyu 🤗.
Slightly sweet with a gassy taste. It has a little bitterness, but I think it is a sharp sake 😋.

Slightly sweet, with a full-bodied taste and a slight gassy sensation 😋.
This Wakanami is the second sake made with the sake rice Jukinmu.

It is a refreshing sweet sake with a carbonation sensation and a stimulating orikarami-style taste.
First visit to Chirori in about a month😅.
Tonight's sashimi platter includes Koshiyoudai, bonito, seared Spanish mackerel, seared Tachio fish, and sea robin 🤗.
We were greeted with many new faces of sake, so we decided to have them all in a comparison set 😋.
The first set of drinks included Modern Sentori, Haneya, and Wakanami. Modern Sentori is a [Kame-no-o] that I had met in 2022, so I omitted posting it 🥰.
Chigasaki Chirori: 20240423 ましらのやまさんSeafood Light Nigori
Polishing ratio 70%, ALC 13% (undiluted)
The name "fukucho.jp" was written under the manufacturer on the label. It was the brewery that produces [fukucho].
It is a low-alcohol sake with a very strong acidity and a sharp, light, cloudy taste.
It seems to go well with grilled fish, fried fish, simmered dishes, and other dishes with strong flavors 😋.
Chigasaki Chirori: 20240217 ましらのやまさんJunmai Ginjo-shu (Namaishu) Harukoi⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This junmai ginjo cloudy sake has a strong carbonation characteristic of nama-shu, but as a taste, it is a refreshing sake with a low alcohol content.

Slightly dry sake with a clean, soft taste with a hint of pear on the palate.

100% Watabune produced in Ryuo-cho, Shiga Prefecture (no pesticides during the growing season)

A slightly dry sake with a peculiar bitter taste in the mouth 😅.
I wonder if this taste is characteristic of the rice ferry 😓.
I gave it 3 stars because I felt it was a little out of my taste.

Lightly cloudy 🤗.
You can feel a slight carbonation. It is a mild, slightly sweet sake with a strong sense of rice flavor 😋.

I stopped by the after-party of an ojisan reunion with my former colleagues and had it with a set of sake 🥰.

Now you have met the four seasons traveling sake (tabi-neko) series of Snow Sake Brewery, spring (cherry blossoms🌸), summer (fireworks🎇), autumn (ears of rice🌾), winter (Snow Sake Brewery☃️) labels🤗🥰.
As usual, I've started counting the new sake I've encountered and I'm now down to 2,000 varieties, with only 2 more to go 😊.
I'm about to open the sake I bought for the new year 🤗🥰 I'm a sake-drinking old man having a party by myself😅.
The sake had a clean aroma, slightly dry on the palate, a good balance of sourness and bitterness, and rice flavor and umami.

I searched the internet and found that both breweries are producing dry sake with the same label in a friendly competition 👍🥰.
I think it is a sharp, yet refreshing, quite dry sake, with a good backbone.
The more I drink, the less dry it seems, maybe because I'm getting quite drunk? 😅
It's a dry sake that you don't get tired of drinking........

This sake is only available at the time of its release from the brewery...so we had no hesitation in ordering it.
Although it is a junmai ginjo, its aroma does not interfere with the taste, and it has a clear and well-balanced flavor.
