While riding the Tokaido Line back to Chigasaki after enjoying Hokkaido sake in Aoyama, we received a call from a familiar izakaya about a sake delivery 😃.
Hmmm... I had a hard time deciding but decided to stop by 😅.
The snacks were the usual assorted sashimi.
Tonight it was sea bream, seared swordfish and flatfish🤗.
The aroma is only faint.
It has a tangy taste, but it goes down your throat softly and tastes full of flavor 😄.

I came across a Senzuke Natsujun exactly one year ago with the same rice polishing ratio of 65% and ALC of 14 degrees, using Yamadanishiki as 20% Koji rice and Gohyakumangoku as 80% Kake rice. The less carbonation of the nama-shu is probably due to the time of opening the bottle😅.

This sake has a slightly tangy and stimulating taste on the tongue, and after the delicious rice flavor, it feels like bitterness and sourness are coming.

It's been almost a month since I've been here😅.
Today's sashimi platter consisted of sea bass, salmon, seared Spanish mackerel, and willow octopus 😋.
I think it's a crisp, clean, sweet sake with the added umami of Omachi and the sweetness of the raw sake 🤗.

The spiciness and bitterness you feel as soon as you put it in your mouth. It happened to be the last sake to finish this time, but the aftertaste of Minakata might be too strong for the sake to be drunk after this one, and the flavor would disappear 😅.
Still, I have had quite a few of these so far, and they were quite a gut-punch.

For the fourth time, we chose a set of three different Shirasasatsuzumi series from the Kanai Sake Brewery in Hadano City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
So far, I've had nearly 3 gou of each sake in the 3 drink comparisons 🤭.
I was about to exceed my limit at this rate, so I asked for another half portion of each of the remaining six 😅.
I don't really feel the ginjo aroma.
It is light nigori, but I think it is a crisp and slightly dry sake 🥰.

The third comparison is Hayaseura, Yonezuru, and Take-no-en.
I have a weakness for "limited edition" sake, so I chose this one without any hesitation 😅.
I wonder if it's an orikarami or a cloudy sake😅It's a cloudy white sake, but it's light and you can feel the deliciousness of rice 😋.
