It has a ginjo aroma like white peaches and a soft, slightly carbonated mouthfeel, and its low alcohol content makes it a delicious summer sake!

The typhoon No. 10 brought guerrilla downpours, strong winds, and a brief period of sunshine... It has been about a week since I refrained from going outside.

I wanted to finish off my daytime drinking (or was it evening drinking already?). I wanted to finish off my lunch (or evening?) with a bowl of aburi-don, so I stopped by Chirori-san for the second time 😋.
To my surprise, they had Nabeshima in stock...I had to check it out 🥰.
A blue-black label with a small moon and a forest and the inscription Summer moon... first time we met and sealed the deal... 😆🤣😁.
I already had a lot of it tonight at the first [Sake. Toto], but I couldn't resist tasting the first Nabeshima I encountered 🤗🤗.
It's a delicious slightly sweet sake with a rich aroma and a soft, mellow and delicious rice flavor on the palate!

I have encountered several Junmai Ginjo-shu Nakadori Unrefined Nama-Zume from Jyushidai, but this is the first time I have not seen the sake rice brand listed, so I decided to register a new one 🤗.
The aroma is subtle... there is a slight tingling sensation on the tongue when you put it in your mouth, and as you roll it around in your mouth, you can taste the mild flavor 😋.
If anything, it's a light, slightly dry sake 😃.

I thought it was quite a dry sake with a faint aroma of koji and a light and crisp taste on the palate 😋.

Not much of a ginjo aroma 😅.
In the mouth, it has a mild and gentle taste, and if the acidity and bitterness are controlled, I thought it was a clean, light and dry sake 🥰.

I didn't know how to read the kanji for "縹" (縹), so I asked the store owner 😅.
It is a slightly dry sake with a subtle malted rice aroma, a sharp taste, a good balance of acidity and bitterness, and few peculiarities unique to Yamahai 😋.

I think this is the same sake with the blue label of Sensation Blue that I met in August 2023, but the label and description ("Kakemai" and "Koshiki Namaoto" were added) are different, so I decided to register it as a new sake 🤗.
The taste was almost the same as my note at the time, with a hint of fragrance and a dry, crisp taste on the palate 😋.

Slightly fruity aroma. When you put it in your mouth, the bitterness (astringency?) spreads strongly in your mouth.
But the aroma through the nose is fruity.
It was a sake that gave me a very interesting sensation 🤗.

It has been a year since Akiagari was first served in September 2023. 🥰 It has a subtly fruity aroma, with a well-balanced spread of acidity and bitterness in the mouth, making it feel sharp and slightly dry 😋.
It went well with edamame (green soybeans) served with rice 🤗.

I got a call from a familiar izakaya manager informing me of a new arrival last weekend, and again today, so I had no choice but to drop by as soon as the store opened... I gave myself a weird reason to go in 😅.
Tonight's sashimi platter consisted of salmon, sea bream, and fuefki snapper 🥰.
A little aroma of wooden vats. It's a light, sweet sake with a bit of stimulation on the tongue 😋.

The aroma is subdued, and when you put it in your mouth, it has a pleasant stimulation peculiar to nama-shu, followed by sourness and bitterness, making it a well-balanced sake.

Tonight's sashimi platter is a 4-piece set of Ukka Rasago, Bonito, Shirasu, and Seared Spanish Mackerel with Salt and Lemon.
Actually, this is the second type of sake I ordered today, the first was called "Orikagarami Hiran" on the store's bulletin board, but I couldn't find any orikagarami at all😅I checked and it seems that if it is unfiltered raw sake, it is orikagarami, which is a type I had already encountered but with different alcohol content, so I just had to update the information 😃.
The aroma is subdued, the acidity and bitterness are well balanced, and the sake is clean, crisp, and slightly dry 😋.
Yeast isolated from cosmos... but I can't really tell the difference since I don't even remember the aroma of cosmos😅

The aroma was not fruity, but had the umami of rice that you get with Junmai and Tokubetsu Junmai 😃.

This is the sixth sake of the day.
The aroma is subtle, foreshadowing the deliciousness of rice, and when you take a sip, it seems to assert that it is a dry sake, followed immediately by bitterness and sourness.
As a personal preference, I gave it 3 stars in comparison to Tomikyucho Shinbashi no Otoko-tachi no Sake, which I had before this sake😅.
