It is a springtime sake with orikarami dancing in the air.
It is a delicious sake with a subtle ginjo aroma and a sweet taste in the mouth, but with acidity and the unique stimulation of nama-shu on the tongue.
Today's sashimi platter includes kanpachi, salmon, and mullet,
Kanpachi, salmon, mullet kombujime, seared Spanish mackerel with salted lemon, firefly squid... I forgot to take a picture of them, but there was a piece of each left 😅.
