Modest sweetness, fruity. Easy to drink and delicious 🤭The label gives it a gentle taste that is hard to imagine.

I chose this one 😋, which is often seen at Sake-no-wa.
Shuwashu active nigori.
Is it sweet? I thought so, but it's a medium 🤔.
I asked for eggplant dumplings and got dumplings wrapped in eggplant 😎 Interesting.

I heard that they have a very good selection of Sake, so I went to this restaurant, "Gah", to launch my work 🍶 They serve fish from Toyama even though it is in Shizuoka 😲.
I had a hard time deciding which sake to order, but I chose a brand I had never tried before because I thought it was a good time of year to drink sake that was still fresh.
It tasted like a fusion of the acidity typical of nama-shu and a somewhat old-fashioned sweetness 😊.
The label said something about super concentrated brewing, but I was too drunk to really understand.
Delicious.
The snacks also go well with sake. It is a good restaurant.

The 11th and last drink was "Iyo Kagiya".
This was also not an all-you-can-drink, but a single glass for 500 yen!
