In the place of business trip. It may be the first time to have a yamori properly. Fresh pear-like aroma. Tingling and fizzing. It has a moderate sweetness and a refreshing acidity. The aftertaste is slightly bitter and refreshing. Is it a summer sake? It's my favorite strain. The gecko on the label is cute. 3.5 stars.

On a business trip. Elegant ginjo aroma. The sweetness is modest yet fruity. It has a pleasant aftertaste with no hint of bitterness. If you're prioritizing drinks you can't drink locally. I mean, it's a place with lots of local booze. It's been all about out-of-state alcohol. I'm sorry. four stars

On a business trip. I asked for a brand I'd never tried before. It was my first time to try Sakanishiki, a type of sake rice. It has a light aroma of koji. It is dry, but the flavor is soft. It doesn't feel too dry. The acidity on the finish makes it crisp. The sashimi of striped bass went perfectly with it. 3.5 stars.

It had an alcoholic feel to it, but it's all the rage right now. It was fruity. 自粛中なので、行きつけの福味さんの持ち帰り〜 唐揚げ3つと野菜炒め❗️ 美味いんだよなぁ😋 大将のオススメ「千代むすび」いただきました〜 コレはお初です。 大吟醸なのにあまり吟醸香はしません。　 口に含むと、酸味、雑味ほとんどなし、 優しい旨味がジュワっと口の中に広がります。 のほかに酸味で締めます 含み香も優しく... コレは美味い❗️ コロナ終息まで頑張れ、福味❗️
