Timeline
やす☆Bottled in 2020, BY unknown. The color is a light yellow.
It has a peculiar sense of maturity and a strong sense of sharpness even when heated. The umami is not thick enough for Taketsuru, so it is a little out of my taste. やす☆First Shitaizumi served warm.
When lukewarm, it has a soft umami and a gentle sharpness. Raise the temperature further and the sharpness increases. We prefer it lukewarm. やす☆R3BY. slightly twisted aroma. The roughness of the unpasteurized sake, the heaviness typical of Chochin, and a slight sense of maturity are interwoven in the taste, which is quite peculiar. やす☆It has a clean, crisp taste with a hint of rice flavor that disappears quickly. It is light, as is typical of summer sake, but not too sharp and easy to drink.
The sake cups are now finished and ready to be used. I will use them for drinking at home😄. やす☆It has the usual clear umami, and the sharpness is not bad.
I tried it heated for the first time, and it wasn't bad either. I didn't take a picture, but I had it heated in a flat sake cup of my own making. やす☆It has a melon-like sweet and juicy flavor, but it also finishes with acidity. やす☆Strong alcohol taste, which I don't like.
The correction by using a self-made sake cup did not work. やす☆It has a clean and crisp taste with the umami of rice. The taste is typical of Tenpoichi.
I drank it in a sake cup that I made myself with the intention of using it for soshu. やす☆There is a sense of graininess due to the corkage and a sharpness accompanied by acidity. It was not fresh as if it had been open for a long time, and the juiciness that is typical of Machida was weak. I would like to drink the first sip.
The fourth photo shows the sake cups I made by turning the pot on the potter's wheel. The vessel I was looking forward to using the most (far left) had to be re-fired due to a mistake in the manufacturing process😅. 千鳥足Good evening, Yasu ⭐︎ 🍻.
I like your long awaited sake cup 🍶‼️
The color of the glaze is beautiful 😊.
Too bad it's not for sake, but a month goes by so fast 🍶I'm looking forward to next month 😆. やす☆Good morning, staggered feet😃.
I was happy to see that it turned out even more beautiful than I expected ✨
I'm now looking forward to drinking at home😊.
I'm looking forward to waiting for the one for sake 😄. やす☆Heated. The color is amber, though it is hard to tell from the photo. It has a smoky, robust feel typical of 70% polished Taketsuru, and is sharp and crisp with acidity. やす☆Re-drank 9/9. Impression unchanged. やす☆This is my first time drinking Nami-no-one. It has the freshness of a draft sake and the firmness of umami that is typical of Shiga sake. やす☆2021BY, it seems to have been in the cellar for almost a year after bottling, but it is petit fresh. It has a crisp acidity and good sharpness. やす☆A limited edition sake available only at Tomiya Sake Brewery. It is clear, light, and crisp with a refreshing acidity. 千鳥足Hello, Yasukuni⭐︎😊
Is this Tomiya PB in Hotta?
Tamitsu's PB was also delicious! やす☆Good evening, Chidori-san😊.
It's a PB from Tomiya in Hotta 🍶.
I didn't know you knew Tomiya 😅.
It's less than 10 minutes drive from my house and it's the store where I bought my memorable first sake for drinking at home ✨. 千鳥足Thank you 🙇.
We had a commemorative drink at Tomiya 🌟I knew it was a hidden gem: ☺️
Where to go in Nagoya except Ajisen... 🤔 and I always refer to your reviews 😊. やす☆Good evening, Chidori-san😊.
I think Tomiya is famous in Nagoya. Many of the restaurants I go to use Tomiya ✨. やす☆It is completely different from the CEL I had before, a crisp dry type with no sweetness at all. It softens when heated as recommended by the store's mom. やす☆Melon-like aroma. Fresh, with a flavor that includes a roughness that is typical of nama-shu. The taste is not very typical of Shiga sake.
I got drunk like this yesterday, so I couldn't participate in the remote year-end party and went to bed😅. やす☆Sweet aroma. The soft and elegant pear-like sweetness is impressive. やす☆The taste of rice with a refreshing mouthfeel. The sweetness is moderate. やす☆This is the first time to drink Okunoto's Shirakiku.
When served cold, it has a subtle umami and a sharp taste. When heated, it has more sweetness and umami, but still has a sharpness to it.
Personally, I prefer it warmed. やす☆The first sip is received. It has a freshness of the first flame. It has a beautiful and juicy flavor. やす☆2020BY. aroma with a sense of maturity.
The mouthfeel is light, but the acidity is strong with a sense of maturity at the end of the bottle. The sharpness is good. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
