It has a clean and crisp taste with the umami of rice. The taste is typical of Tenpoichi. I drank it in a sake cup that I made myself with the intention of using it for soshu.

There is a sense of graininess due to the corkage and a sharpness accompanied by acidity. It was not fresh as if it had been open for a long time, and the juiciness that is typical of Machida was weak. I would like to drink the first sip. The fourth photo shows the sake cups I made by turning the pot on the potter's wheel. The vessel I was looking forward to using the most (far left) had to be re-fired due to a mistake in the manufacturing process😅.

Melon-like aroma. Fresh, with a flavor that includes a roughness that is typical of nama-shu. The taste is not very typical of Shiga sake. I got drunk like this yesterday, so I couldn't participate in the remote year-end party and went to bed😅.

2020BY. aroma with a sense of maturity. The mouthfeel is light, but the acidity is strong with a sense of maturity at the end of the bottle. The sharpness is good.

This is the first time to drink Katsuma's special honjozo. It has a refreshing feeling that is typical of aruzoe, with a hint of rice flavor and a crisp, clean taste. It tastes exactly as one would expect from Kachikoma.
