I think Tomiya is famous in Nagoya. Many of the restaurants I go to use Tomiya ✨. やす☆It is completely different from the CEL I had before, a crisp dry type with no sweetness at all. It softens when heated as recommended by the store's mom. やす☆Melon-like aroma. Fresh, with a flavor that includes a roughness that is typical of nama-shu. The taste is not very typical of Shiga sake.
