Timeline
KabySake made with white malted rice. It is a well-balanced sake with a strong flavor for its 16% alcohol content, with a sweet but dry flavor and a sourness that makes its presence felt. I would like to drink it again. KabyBecause of the Hiraizumi I drank just before (?), I don't remember it at all. I don't remember it at all. But it must have been delicious?
I don't seem to be familiar with Akabu, so I generally don't remember it.
So, I finished the meeting on July 11 with 4.5 gos of sake.
(Lesson learned) Take your peace of mind! KabyA limited edition sake from Hiraizumi.
The sake here changes to a taste I don't like after some time in the air, but I drank it up before it changed due to the convenience of the next sake coming in.
As a result, I don't remember the taste of the next Akabu at all ...
If I have a chance, I will try Hiraizumi again. KabyI've had this one several times, so it's a stable taste.
I enjoyed the one with the Japanese paper-like label that I mentioned earlier, but this was definitely one of the better ones on its own! A wonderful sake that is unmistakably Japanese. KabySome people say that the toji has changed and they can't get the same taste as before, but is it normal? More than normal? It is delicious. Tenbi has a relatively strong sake-like character, so I often have it in between the dry sake and the raw sake, as I don't like dry sake. KabyI thought it was a story sake from the label, but the taste is first class.
Is it because it is a junmai ginjo? The balance between the acidity and the taste was very delicious. KabyIt is a good finish that tastes good even if you drink it right after Sentori Natur Trinity. I think I like the strength of the light nigori flavor. KabyI could not forget the shock I felt when I drank it before, so I got a stock sake from someone I met at a bar.
It's not just sweet, it's a deeply flavored sake. I like it! KabyI was told that the taste of kafuda sake differs considerably depending on the type, but this Benikikikyo had a rather standard taste, so I gulped it down.
It was a good sake with a good balance between the sake-like and sake-like flavors. I would like to try other kinds of sake! KabyIt is not as powerful as Junmai Daiginjo, but it is also delicious. KabyEveryone knows Mimuro cedar. It is very tasty.
I would like to compare it with other Mimurosugi, as I enjoyed it when I drank another brand of Bodaihashi before.
This is the list of reflections on the excessive drinking on July 5. KabyI drank a spark in the first half and a strong afs just before, so I had a stable flax cat as a taste change. With an alcohol content of 13 degrees, it tastes gentle and happy. KabyThis sake is a collaboration with Imadeya.
It is said to be a vintage sake, so if you imagine it to be a kijoshu, you will be surprised at the completely different taste.
It has a strong taste, so you may not like it as much as you think. KabyUbusuna. It has a low alcohol content, a soft taste, and a very low level of miscellaneous flavors. Really delicious. KabyJunmai Daiginjo from Mutsu Hachisen. It is not in the trendy sweet and fruity direction, but it is a delicious sake, well balanced in every way. KabyEveryone loves Shinmasa. It has a sophisticated taste among the many kijo sake. Truly delicious. KabyA sake with a high sake content, typical of Nagano. It is dry but has a restrained taste, which is good for enjoying with strong-flavored food! KabyLast of the first half of the July 5 session (I really drank too much, but I still have some good sake w)
Microbubble-washed rice is very rare, so I was allowed to drink a mouthful.
The microbubbling, freshness, and balance of acidity and sweetness were of a surprisingly high dimension, and I was able to enjoy Takachidai's ability. I recommend it as much as Shinsei Senkyoku Kangiku! KabyWhen I said I wanted to drink Shinsei once in a while, he said, "I have a rare one! So I tried Spark. Naturally, it tastes like a flax cat itself, but the refreshing fizz is irresistible! It's delicious! KabyThis is the 3rd brand (apparently) of a sake brewery famous for Hakurakusei/Atago no Matsu. It is fire-aged, so it is not as fresh as it should be, but as a standard sake, it is quite well-balanced. I was able to drink it in one gulp. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
