If you're going to eat Takekimi, you must have Aomori sake, right?
So I asked them about it and they told me that they have Tasake (rice wine) even though it wasn't on the menu.
(Special Jun Tasake, the kind of sake we often have!
The master is from Hirosaki, so he must have some in stock!
It's definitely delicious!
I wish I could go back to Aomori Prefecture.
I've enjoyed the cherry blossoms in Hirosaki two years in a row, so next up is Neputa!
