I'm rather full after drinking at the first yakiniku (lamb) by myself, but summer can't be over without the annual Takekimi!
It has the flamboyance of a Houou Mita, but the sweetness does not come to the forefront.
It's made with Gohyakumangoku, so it's a refreshing sake like that!
Of course, it is delicious!
