It's a little sour, not too sweet, and a little refreshing.
What was Romain like? It's not Aizu-like, but I don't think it's like Loman either, but I don't really know what Loman is either.
I think it would be good to have a refreshing sake because the sweetness of "Takekimi" is so strong!
