I can taste a slight sourness, so it's refreshing, but I don't think it's quite like the description on the label.
It has a nice sweetness, and it's clean and refreshing, but not as sharp as it should be...
It's a new sake, so it's not exactly a middle-of-the-road food sake, but I guess it's suitable for middle-of-the-road food. Delicious and easy to drink!
