If I hadn't seen the label, I wouldn't have recognized it as a honjozo. Fruity and somehow fizzy. The balance and sharpness of the refreshing bitterness and miscellaneous flavors that come in the latter half of the bottle. And it's easy to pair with food, so you'll never get tired of it!

Too many repeats lol. This time I got a square of it right. The price went up a bit, but it's still a good cosmetic ❣️ Thanks to the fact that liquor stores never run out of it! And it's consistently delicious! I'll enjoy it cold and sipping it...or lukewarm when I have time! The umami and the gentle bitterness that comes in the latter half! It also makes the meal go further... ❣️

I went to get 3 cases of empty bottles to use in my work and bought them as a thank you! I drank a lot of Tobiroki long time ago. I was asked by a tourist, "Do you sell Tobiroki? I heard a tourist asking, "Do you sell Tobiroki? I thought, "How would it change if I drank it now that I'm used to drinking it? Now that I'm used to drinking it... yeah, yeah, it tastes like this. Well balanced, clean water.

Opened due to the Shinsei ✖️ Torishiki version that will be available. The first half was compared with the remaining Yonotori from Sentori. In comparison, I found the Shinsei to be less sweet! Both are delicious 😋. When the Torishiki version arrives, of course I'll pair it with some yakitori!

A snowman wearing bunny ears lol What kind of nigori kijoshu is that? I've already experienced a kijoshu from Senkyoku before, and it's so good! The combination of kijoshu and acidity is just perfect. ❣️ I thought it was too good to open, and even after I opened it, it was too good to waste lol. I only have half of it left 😭😭😭😭😭

Nabeshima version of Akaban Oumachi Found in the fridge on a trip to Yamagata. Rich and mellow, with a good balance of sweetness, umami and complexity. Tastes like thick apple juice 🍎.

I had no experience with Bodhi yeast, so I bought it at my usual sake store. Apple-like 🍎 aroma and taste is lactic acidic, with a chili-like feel on the tongue at the end. Very easy to pair with strong meals! It's like apple cider vinegar for adults. Easy to drink because it has a nice sharpness.

Nigori Sake has become a nationwide phenomenon! Anyway, the balance is perfect! I tasted it over 3 days! It started fresh and then exploded with flavor on the third day! All I could say was, "This is so good! It was already out of stock, so I hope to see you again next year!

The first bottle of the New Year After opening the bottle, a gorgeous aroma spreads Muscat-like Juicy and fruity on the palate, like squeezed fruit. For a moment, I thought this was a kijoshu. I thought it was a kijoshu. Hououmida is so delicious!

The end of the year is a good time to end the year with this. It also has a nutty, wood-oak aroma. I learned the breadth and depth of sake from Shinmasa I was immersed in it! Maybe if this was the start, I wouldn't have gotten into sake... It is only now that I understand the concept I can understand that the taste is delicious quirky, unique, yet not boring to drink. a great end to a great meal! Happy New Year!

I fried oysters from off the coast of Sanriku, so I thought fruity would go well with something creamy. I thought it would be a good match for something creamy and fruity. I decided to try a trial size of the brewer's forest. The rich creaminess of the oysters is smoothed out by the brewed forest, while the citrusy aftertaste resets the taste so that it is not too bitter. It has a similar taste to Abeno, it is also cloudy, but the citrusy aftertaste prevails!

Aoikaze, made with Dewa-no-sato from the prefecture, has a robust flavor that is hard to believe at 14 degrees Celsius! It has a complex flavor and is a perfect match for the Yamagata pickles we bought it with. The lingering aftertaste is crisp, so while it is robust, you will not get tired of drinking it.
