Tenbi Junmai Ginjo Nama Genshu This sake brewery was established about 2 years ago. Even though the brewery is young, the taste is first class. It has the aroma and flavor typical of sake from Yamaguchi Prefecture, and when it is first opened, it is full of freshness and has a good burst of flavor. It is delicious. This is a sake that we want to promote from now on.

Houraisen Hanano no 賦 This sake is said to be brewed with the same specs as Sora. This is the second bottle after Hatsu Natsu no Kaze. It seems that the aging period is a little shorter. It's also expensive, but it has a high quality feel. The aroma is gorgeous and sweet and sour like a lychee. The sharpness is good, so it can be drunk quickly. I think it is best to drink it cold. It's delicious!

Penglai Spring - Winds of Summer This is one of those sakes that came out in May but was sitting in the fridge. It's the same specs as Sora, but I heard it was aged for 3 months in its original form. It was my first time to try it, but it's not just a sweet fresh sake. It's not just a sweet fresh sake, it's a high-class sake with a high scent and a mild sweetness. It's good, so be careful not to drink too much.
