Ho'o Bita Black Edition Limited Edition I bought this sake in early spring and finally opened it. I can drink it forever. It's a little heavy on the sweetness, but not too bad at all. Houobita is very good after all. You can drink this without any snacks.

Matsu no Tsukasa Raku(H30BY) It has a nice aroma and a light sweetness/taste. It feels a little young, so I'll let it sit in the fridge for a while.

Summer sake of Gassan. Cool summer. As is expected of Gassan, it has a clear and crisp flavor. I think it's better to drink it cold.

The principle principle of Kurosawa's sake brewing, red label. The mouthfeel is light, but then the sweetness comes in thick. The sweetness is quite sticky and delicious.

A few days after opening the bottle, the taste has settled down and the sweetness seems to have become lighter. Nevertheless, the aroma is still there.
