This sake brewery was established about 2 years ago. Even though the brewery is young, the taste is first class. It has the aroma and flavor typical of sake from Yamaguchi Prefecture, and when it is first opened, it is full of freshness and has a good burst of flavor. It is delicious. This is a sake that we want to promote from now on.
