Junmai Daiginjo from Akabu, as in the previous issue.
This sake is brewed with "Ginga" from Iwate prefecture, polished to 40%.
When the bottle is opened, the fruity aroma reminds one of muscat / ripe melon.
In the mouth, the soft umami and fine acidity spreads without any cloying taste, and it goes down the throat smoothly.
It is a very delicious sake to be enjoyed in a relaxed atmosphere.

Jay & Nobby, thank you for your continued comments.
This spring has been a very noisy time for my family (daughter's transfer, moving, grandson entering preschool, etc.) and I have been restless.
My wife and I enjoy a good drink together, which is something I cannot replace....
