Aikoku" sake rice from the Meiji era, grown by contract farmers in the local Murata-machi area, has been reprinted.
Kenkunichi has the image of a sake brewery that values the flavor or depth of the rice.
This sake also has the distinctive characteristics of carefully brewed sake rice.
I tried it at room temperature to lukewarm, and I felt the depth and breadth of flavor at each temperature range.
Early summer greenery and fresh breeze...
We enjoyed it while remembering the thoughts of our predecessors, going back to the Showa period and even to the Meiji period.
