Purchased at Uehara Shuzo in Takashima City, Shiga Prefecture. When served cold, it has a sweet and sour taste with a bitter aftertaste. It is lightly nigori, so I drank it with evenly distributed water. When it is lukewarmly heated, the sweetness and acidity stand out, and it is also delicious! It was a delicious sake.

Hagino-ro purchased at the Hamadaizu morning market. I had it packed in a No. 4 bottle from a bottle on the spot and took it home. Fresh sake with a lot of gas. Fruity aroma in the mouth. The aroma is very similar to the Saku Impression we drank the other day. However, it is reserved. It is a dry sake with a clear aftertaste. I think this is the one to keep drinking. If you heat it up, the acidity and sweetness stand out, and it's good too. It was delicious.

At the event of the first of the month, the Hamaotsu morning market, it is obtained by the exhibition of Mr. Yahei Fukui of the Hagino-ro. It's a direct-draw version of Amedare.　I started off with it lukewarm. I liked the regular version very much, but this one has a more pronounced acidity than the regular version. The sweetness is clearly defined, and I never get tired of drinking it. I think it's definitely better than the regular version. It was served with kama-age of ice fish, a fry of ayu fish, with spicy radish. Thank you very much.

Purchased at the end of last year at Bennya Sake Shop in Mie. A little gas when opening the bottle, the fruity aroma is very impressive. On the palate there is a gorgeous melon and muscat like aroma. The taste is gassy and sweet, with a refreshing finish. I had it in a No. 4 bottle, but it left a little sweetness in my mouth at the end. It's a luxury. Overall, it was a delicious sake.

I bought it at a certain local liquor store at a fixed price. I had it at room temperature first. It has a citrusy sourness and a hint of aged caramel flavor. Very tasty. Next, I had it warmed up, and the acidity spread and the flavor doubled. It was a delicious sake after all. The label is quaint and nice too!

It buys it at the brewery. I drank it in the refrigerator first. The acidity is very fresh and it has a good aroma. The aroma from the nose is fruity and the taste is crisp and strong. I like the taste. When it is heated up, the flavor becomes thicker and the nice acidity makes you want to drink it as much as you can. It has a thick taste with a clean aftertaste. The bottle was emptied at once. Personally, I like it best at room temperature.

It buys it in the shop of the Imanishi sake brewery which exists in the approach of the Ookami shrine. It is said that the hiragana mimurosugi is for the special contractor and is not put out to the prefecture. However, it was explained to me that this is almost the same way of making. I chilled it in the refrigerator and opened the bottle with the lees evenly distributed. After a bit of a sizzle, there was a refreshing aroma. When I put it in my mouth, it is so delicious and easy to drink that I wonder if this is sake. It is so easy to drink. You can hardly feel the alcohol, and it has an aroma of banana or melon and an elegant sweetness. I've never had Mimurosugi before, but I'm glad I got to try this sake, it's the 59th out of 160 limited bottles. It was so easy to drink that it was emptied in no time.

Furozumi red label. I drank it for the first time. It's good at room temperature, with a moderate acidity and an aroma like Shaoxing wine. If you warm it up lukewarm, you get the above plus a mild sweetness that is very tasty. The taste is addictive. I'll be repeating this next time with a bottle.

I bought this at the warehouse a while ago. The aroma is not very strong, it smells like a fresh melon. When you put it in your mouth, you can smell a good melon aroma from your nose. It was served hot. It smells like Shaoxing wine, and for some reason it smells like sandalwood in the mouth. The sweetness is almost non-existent, and the taste is quite dry.
