When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the dark flavor, the sweetness of the rice, and the bitterness in the aftertaste. As you continue to drink, the alcoholic sensation becomes a little stronger. When I heated it up lukewarm, the sweetness came to the fore, and I could taste the umami. Personally, I recommend room temperature to lukewarm heating.
