yasumotorPurchased at the end of last year at Bennya Sake Shop in Mie. A little gas when opening the bottle, the fruity aroma is very impressive. On the palate there is a gorgeous melon and muscat like aroma. The taste is gassy and sweet, with a refreshing finish. I had it in a No. 4 bottle, but it left a little sweetness in my mouth at the end. It's a luxury.
Overall, it was a delicious sake.
