Purchased at Uehara Shuzo in Takashima City, Shiga Prefecture. When served cold, it has a sweet and sour taste with a bitter aftertaste. It is lightly nigori, so I drank it with evenly distributed water. When it is lukewarmly heated, the sweetness and acidity stand out, and it is also delicious! It was a delicious sake.
