It has been a long time since I have had it at a restaurant.

I am enjoying it with well-chilled cold sake.
The aroma is not so strong when served cold.
It has a sweet, fruity aroma.
The first impression is that of a sturdy Omachi rice.
It is thick. It is one of the heaviest sake made from Omachi rice. It may be KONISHIKI.
Even with strong-flavored snacks, it does not lose at all.
It enhances the flavor.
We had it with sashimi, broiled eel, grilled fish, and potato salad.
It was another good sake today.
