やこぶん
The second one in Hiroshima.
We will have a full meal with gyoza.
It is well chilled and served cold.
The sweet aroma when the cap is opened is soothing.

There is almost no trickle down the throat.
However, the cold stimulation on the upper lip and the umami taste are great.
The sweetness of the rice and the sense of being left out that you feel at the back of the middle of your tongue.
The accompaniments have been changed to vinegared dishes, but despite its light flavor, this sake can be served with any strong or light flavors. Hiroshima sake is very robust.
Another great sake today!
