The sake shop recommended that this year's sake has a good balance and can be drunk cold.
Cold: The aroma has a mysterious sweetness, like bread. The taste is heavy, and to be honest, it's not my type. I'm sorry, but I thought it was inevitable that it would end up as a cooking sake.
Warmed: The heaviness disappears and the sweetness comes to the fore. This is the first time I've heated it at home, and it's delicious.
