My junior colleague from Akita said he had never had Shinsei, so we had it here near his office where it was easy to drink. The second bottle was Tangerine! I had not had this one since the year before last at an event, so I really wanted to try it! It was one of my favorites, and I think it was one of the best tastes in Colors!

My junior colleague from Akita said he had never had Shinsei, so we had it here near his office where he could drink it easily. The first bottle was No.6 X-type. It was so delicious that he finished it in two sips. It is a bottle that I would rather enjoy on its own than the strong flavor of yakitori!

Houou Mita's new initiative! The first project to revive 3 generations of sake rice from the Meiji Era is "Aikoku Houou Mita Bida Aikoku Junmai Ginjo A bottle with a clear, dry taste, but with a sourness and lingering aftertaste that I like! I wonder if the second and third stages will be Kame-no-o and Shinriki? I am looking forward to this project!

Last weekend, I rewarded myself with a little luxury here. Nabeshima Yamadanishiki Junmai Daiginjo I enjoyed the classic concentrated flavor of this Nabeshima! Be careful not to drink too much of this delicious sake, because it will be gone before you know it!

We have relatives who like sweet sake coming over, so we opened a bottle of this one. Takachiyo Aiyama Junmai Ginjo This is Takachiyo Shuzo's hiragana Takachiyo series! Shin Takachiyo is delicious, but the Hiragana Takachiyo series of different rice varieties are also delicious, with the sweet and savory flavors of the different rice varieties!

Bi-weekly update summary I've been feeling ill, so I've been drinking less, but I've been getting it consistently. Isshaku Suisei Junmai Daiginjo This Junmai Daiginjo comes in a box and has a high threshold, but its taste is characterized by a clear muscat or lemon-like acidity and a crisp sharpness! It was a perfect bottle for a mealtime drink!

This is the time of year when many of our favorite Aizan wines are released from various breweries, making it a busy and enjoyable season for visiting liquor stores and drinking with friends at night! Among all the Aizan bottles we compared, this year's was one that left a very good impression on us! Daimine San Grain Aizan Each brewery had a different taste of the same Aizan, but they all tasted so different. The taste was delicious, but this one was especially good! It has a lightness in spite of being an Aizan, but it has a lingering aftertaste that is typical of Aizan. This one is a gem that you can drink as much as you want!

Kawanakajima Genmai's Aizan, released once a year, was ready to drink this year! When I see on SNS that it is on sale, I go to two liquor stores that carry it, and this time I was able to buy one of the last two bottles! I was able to enjoy the sweetness, acidity, umami, bitterness, and drinkable flavor that is typical of Aizan!

I was able to drink one of my favorite Hana Yuu bottles again this year! Hanamaru Sake Mirai Nama Sake I also like Aizan and Yamadanishiki from the same Hanamup brand, but when it comes to taste and cosmetic satisfaction, I like Sake Mirai the best! I'm looking forward to enjoying a bottle of it slowly and carefully!
