A bottle made from Fukuoka Prefecture's Jugemu rice suitable for sake brewing!
The father is Yamada-Nishiki and the mother is Yume-Ichikyo, a crossbreed of sake rice that is commonly grown in the Kyushu region.
The taste was well-balanced with a beautiful sweetness, a refreshingly smooth acidity, and a moderate bitterness!
Among the Kangiku series, I had the impression that the lingering acidity was particularly enjoyable for a long time! It is so delicious that we hope it will become an annual staple!
