The last of the four Aizan bottles from the end of last year, Pray for2024 Aizan 40 by Kangiku Meikozo. The last one was the Kangiku 40, the last one was the Kuraku, the last one was the Kamonishiki, the last one was the Aizan 40, the last one was the Kangiku 40.... The sweetness and flavor of Kangiku's sake was combined with a pleasant acidity!

Finally, a comparison of Kangiku's Shiroginkai and Ginkai drinks. They had similar packaging, but the rice and specifications were different, so they tasted very similar and different! Shiroginkai was delicious with the freshness of new sake, but with the clean, sweet flavor of Gohyakumangoku!

Memorandum of notes since I didn't get a chance to review the 3rd-4th bottles I compared Aizan drinks during the New Year's holiday. For the third bottle, I opened an expensive bottle of Kamo Nishiki because it was New Year's Day! It is rare that I can buy a sake over 10,000 yen, but this bottle came in a goody bag! The taste was very elegant and beautiful, but since it was from Aizan, the sweetness and umami were well balanced, and I finished it in one gulp!

The last of the three snowman brothers is UA Snake! This is the zodiac sign bottle, also from the United Arrows collaboration Following the UA Rabbit -> UA Dragon, we were able to drink again this year! The UA series zodiac bottle has the best specs for me as a lover of sweet and tasty sake: Kijoshu✕Nigori Sake✕Yukidaruma (snowman)! The UA Snake was a great example of a more fizzy, but still sweet and tasty sake!

The 4th-6th sakes to be opened at the beginning of the year are a comparison of snowmen Compared to the refreshing Snowball, UA is a bottle where you can really taste the sweetness of the rice! It had a particularly strong "shwashu" sensation, and immediately after the bottle was opened and the oli was mixed in, it had a fizzy sensation that almost made us want to blow out the bottle! This was my very favorite flavor!

This is Echino Kanme, which was given to me by a relative. It was the first time for me to drink Gin-sen, but I was able to drink it easily because it has a smooth, mineral taste and goes down smoothly. It was a bottle that went well with New Year's dishes!

Here is also a reminder of year-end drinks Sairai Junmai Daiginjo I love this fresh and crisp Junmai Daiginjo from Sairai! It was a little expensive, but I was excited to buy it because it was the end of the year! It was not fresh and crisp, but it was a very drinkable Sairai!

For the fourth bottle of the new year, we opened a bottle of Yukidaruma! This year, too, we were able to get three brothers and sisters of Yukidaruma, so we compared them! The Yukidaruma was the most sizzling and mature calpis soda! This year it was a little less sweet? But it was excellent!

It is one of my favorite fruity bottles, and the freshness of the freshly squeezed flavor made it easy to drink! Happy New Year! I couldn't post very often during the New Year's holidays because I had a lot to drink if it's noon, so I posted while standing in line for the first sale! On New Year's Day, after the date changed, I made a toast with a bottle of zodiac sign of two hares, which is typical at the beginning of the year! Ni-Rabbit Zodiac Sign Bottle 2025 SNAKE & RABBIT Junmai Ginjo Manzai 55 The golden snake and rabbit label is cute and New Year's Eve-esque! This was my first time to try Manzai sake rice, and it was delicious with its rich flavor and acidity!

Aizan 4 bottles comparison to finish drinking in 2024 The second bottle is KOUEIGIKU Hello, KOUEIGIKU2023 I used to love drinking Koueigiku, but as I concentrated on my favorite liquor store, I was buying it less and less often! Four bottles of Aizan to be drunk in 2024 The first one is Collage Ken Aizan Junmai Ginjo The first one is a very limited edition of Collage, only available at Suzuden in Yotsuya and some other stores. It is brewed with Tokushima Prefecture's Ken-Aizan, and you can enjoy its acidity, umami and drinkability.

MERY CHRISTMAS & 1200 check-in This bottle was opened at the Xmas event on the night of KIYOSHIKONNO Yoru! Akabu SNOW Xmas2024 I won the Xmas bottle in the lottery, but I couldn't receive it due to work, so HAPPY Xmas here! Every year the Akabu Xmas bottle sells out immediately, and this deliciousness explains why! This year I managed to stock up on a second bottle after visiting several stores, so I'm going to enjoy it slowly!

I opened a bottle of the first new sake of the year, Hana-yoso and Miyamanishiki, and from this year, if I have a bottle, I will buy that one! HANAHODAKU Biyamanishiki Junmai Daiginjyo Unfiltered Nama-shu This year's Hanahyokyu was relatively sweet and tasty from the first day! Since it is a 1.5 litre bottle, it is best to let it sit for a few more days to let it lose some of its edge, so that you can enjoy its sweetness and flavor gradually.
