5 I'm sure I'll be back next year. I drank the new 2023 and only remember it being tongue-tied and tasty, but I happened to find a 2022 that was ice-cold and refrigerated at the brewery, so I'm repeating it. I really like it! Muscat? Melon? Gorgeous aroma like muscat? The moment you put it in your mouth, the fruity sweetness and deliciousness that matches the aroma explodes, and the glamour is in full swing. However, the aftertaste is not that heavy, so you can easily drink the next one. It is really easy to drink, with almost no alcohol feeling when it goes down your throat.

Snowman x UA 4 January Purchase April 27th Open Beware of spills! Sweeter than Snowman Shuwa Shuwa With a sweetness like a lactobacillus drink, It feels gassy and sharp with a slight bitterness. We'll see what happens tomorrow when the gassiness weakens on the second day. I prefer St. (I think it's largely because it's 5%)

Hanamaru Akita Sake Komachi 5 Long-awaited purchase. 1st day after opening the bottle. Excellent when you want a sweet sake. More of a wasanbon than a fruit? There is no bitterness or bitterness at all, After swallowing, the alcohol feeling comes in softly, but it's so subtle that it's hard to believe that it's 16% alcohol. Second time after opening the bottle Almost no change, still as delicious as ever. It seems to be slightly rounder than on the first day. It may be an illusion because it is easy to drink from the start. However, the alcohol feeling has decreased even more.

Rating 5 1st day after opening the bottle Fruity and sweet aroma. Sweeter than most red wines, with no harshness and very little spiciness. Sweet but clean. It goes smoothly into the lower part of the mouth. The taste is not so much on the tip of the tongue, but spreads explosively near the throat. However, it disappears quickly and there is almost no alcohol rush. It has a low-alcoholic feel. Very easy to drink. The second day, I felt more refreshed. Overall, the taste has calmed down. The sweetness has settled down and the flavor has increased. On the 3rd day, it became even more refreshing and easy to drink. Sweet and delicious. Be careful not to drink too much. It is a little expensive, but I would like to repeat it.

Rating 4.5 The aroma is sweet. Pear? Hard to describe. It is not fruity, but sweetness of rice. It is easy to drink and taste the sweetness of the rice on top of the alcohol taste. The sweetness and sharpness are very good. It is stable enough to be used as a sake alone or as a food sake!

4 The bottle was opened for about 10 minutes. Strongly carbonated, not sweet. It is a food sake with the umami and spiciness of Omachi as its main characteristics. It tastes good even with strong flavored meals. Personally, I don't like to drink it by itself.

The second bottle today is Aizan. Compared to Sake Mirai, it has a sweeter flavor. I still feel the Aizan sensation! ⇽I'm not sure if I'm feeling the Aizan sensation correctly. I was in the mood for Aizan today, but it is very possible that Sake Mirai would be a better match depending on the meal it is paired with. Sake Mirai is refreshing and delicious! Aizan, on the other hand, is refreshing but has a gorgeous taste. Tomorrow, I will enjoy the second day of the bottle with Buri Shabu Shabu. (I'm looking forward to drinking Akabu as well, since Jikkomai was also more umami.)

Not enough when you want a sweet drink4 5 when you want a refreshing mid-meal drink. I was recently impressed by the Shinmasa Sparkling series, so I felt the gasiness and sweetness were lacking, but I felt it could turn into an impressive taste depending on the mood and the meal. The aroma and sweetness are mild and clean, and the flavor is delicious. The sweetness is mild and the umami flavor is clean and refreshing. It has a good sharpness. Be careful not to drink too much, as it is so easy to drink that you do not feel the alcohol if you do not roll it around in your mouth. All Akabu wines are not heavy, so you can drink more and more of them! When I drank it again 2 weeks after opening the bottle, it seemed rounder, mellower, and easier to drink than just after opening the bottle! I like it better when it's left for a while.

Rating 5 I was allowed to drink the second day after opening the bottle. It seems to be more delicious than it was right after the bottle was opened. The aroma, umami, and sweetness are more intense than those of other Jikin. It has a common taste with Hanamaru's Sake Mirai, and I could feel the Sake Mirai character.

Rating 5 I couldn't get the draft, so I was determined to get the fire-brewed version. Finished within 3 days of opening the bottle. Immediately after opening the bottle, the impression was that it was sweeter than Nabeshima, but towards the end of the bottle, it became more stimulating and crisp. The change is noticeable over the next two to three days, with the sweetness decreasing and the stimulation increasing. Personally, I prefer it within 2 days.

Sancho Kako 5 The opening of the bottle is so energetic that the lid flies off. The moment you put it in your mouth, it's a schwarma. The aroma is mild, almost nonexistent. Taste is sweet like green apple or lactic acid beverage (similar to Hozu). The taste is clean and clear to the end, with no pungent or cloying flavors. The sharpness is not sharp, and the sweetness remains, but it does not feel heavy, and it seems to disappear slowly. Excellent!

The aroma is not so strong and the taste is sweet for Nabeshima, but when you start to swallow it, the spiciness that stimulates the tongue comes in and leaves a sharp, spicy aftertaste and flavor. Comparing this year's and last year's, this year's is sweeter and last year's is more spicy. As you keep rolling it around on your tongue, the temperature rises and the spiciness becomes stronger.

Shintakachi-yo Etype 3.5 Tastes like sour grapes or plum wine. The sweetness is especially strong and juice-like. People who usually drink sweet sake seem to like this the best. The sweetness remains and it tastes a little heavy, so as someone who prefers a crisp, clear, and food-friendly sake, I give it a low priority for acquisition.

Dio avita 4.5 Sweet flavor on the palate, with a light acidity in the mid-palate, and a distinctive aroma that lingers somewhat. Considering the price and availability, it is quite good as a regular drink.

5 After the sweetness, the aroma of sake leaves the nose a little, and the spiciness comes and goes, leaving a firm finish. Everything is rich and strong. The most delicious!
