I was allowed to drink the second day after opening the bottle.
It seems to be more delicious than it was right after the bottle was opened.
The aroma, umami, and sweetness are more intense than those of other Jikin.
It has a common taste with Hanamaru's Sake Mirai, and I could feel the Sake Mirai character.
